Return Eligibility

You are entitled to request a return within 15 days from the date of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item was purchased within the last 15 days

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • The item is in resalable condition

  • Proper proof of purchase is available

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized artworks/items

  • Made-to-order products created as per customer specifications

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products marked as final sale

As all our artworks are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and shall not be considered defects.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us within 15 days of delivery

  2. Share your order details along with product images

  3. Wait for return approval instructions from our support team

Products sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost and risk involved in returning the product.

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Policy
  • No cash refund will be provided for customized or personalized products.

  • Approved refunds for eligible products will be processed as store wallet credits.

  • Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on our website.

  • Refund processing may take up to 7–15 business days after successful inspection of the returned item.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received and verified by our team.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Product images

  • Order details

Without proper unboxing proof, claims may not be accepted.
